网友24°角几天前转载的一个帖子，用几张照片曝光了一位城管人员坐在街头与小贩聊天，质疑其是“重庆最牛的城管？”帖子成了热帖，当地媒体也介入报道，那个在下班时间在路边休息遭网友曝光的城管被开除了，理由是他“缺乏工作责任心，未认真履行工作职责，在工作期间不作为”。

9月16日《重庆商报》以“城管跷腿与小贩聊天被指不作为遭开除”为标题报道此事

这条新闻标题（《城管与小贩聊天被指不作为被开除》）可以改为《城管没有打砸抢严重渎职被开除》。———新华网友

2. Oil prices spike amid market turmoil

Oil prices jumped sharply Monday, with futures contracts for October increasing an unprecedented $25 per barrel to $130 at one point during the day. Futures on the New York Mercantile closed the day at $120, up more than $16.
